When booking our Basic or Deluxe Business packages, be sure to ask about adding food and beverage to your visit. We offer group menus and pricing at several of our Boardwalk restaurants.
- You must purchase group package tickets in advance for events and/or weekend visits.
- In order to obtain group pricing, tickets and packages, you must purchase through our Group Sales Coordinator, Monday thru Sunday between 9am and 5pm.
- If shipping is required you will be charged ground/overnight shipping rates; if tickets need to be mailed please make sure your order is 7-10 days prior to your arrival.
- Packages with meals must be purchased or confirmed at least 3 days in advance. Meal tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets issued for Individual Rides, the Stingray Reef, Stingray Food, the Boardwalk Beast and Midway Carnival Games do not expire. They may be redeemed at another date and time for the same value or service. If you would like to request a refund for unused tickets, you may return the original tickets to our Group Sales Office and a check refund request will be submitted for processing.
- All Day All Ride Wristbands and Hot Dog Lunch tickets are non-refundable.
- A contract may be needed to confirm booking (package by package basis)
- Options listed do not include tax. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a signed state sales tax exemption certificate in advance.
